Is parking available at InterContinental Cleveland?
Yes. InterContinental Cleveland offers car parking on the hotel campus. We also offer valet parking at a parking fee of $24.00 with in/out privileges; $19.00 for weekly & monthly stays with in/out privileges . We also have self-parking without in and out privileges in the adjacent Cleveland Clinic garage.

What is the check-in policy at the hotel?
The check-in time at the hotel is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. You should be 18 years or older to check in to our hotel. You will be required to provide a valid Government-issued photo ID proof at the time of check-in.

Are service animals allowed at the hotel?
Yes. Service animals are allowed at InterContinental Cleveland. We don't charge anything extra for the service animals.

Does InterContinental Cleveland offer a shuttle to Cleveland Clinic?
Yes. InterContinental Cleveland offers a complimentary shuttle to Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle timings are between 4:45 AM and 12:30 AM. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes from the hotel.
